Victoria is a bride planning a New York City wedding this summer. She shares what she finds along the way at Victoria With Roses. Her posts are short but sweet with lots of photos, my favorite kind of blog.

I really love reading blogs from brides and following along with their planning and this blog does not disappoint. I love her pinata idea (what an awesome way to entertain the kids) and her Wizard of Oz inspired shoe idea.

Our Green Wedding Blog Award goes to Eco Chic Weddings

As an homage to Earth Day we have to pay tribute to this great planet of ours by awarding a green wedding blog award. Who better to give it to than Eco Chic Weddings?

I am a firm believer that weddings can be both Eco friendly and budget friendly without compromising on style. Eco chic does a awesome job at showing how to have great style and still remain environmentally friendly.

With Emily’s background in fashion and a long list of top companies she has worked for you can bet you’ll get amazing style advice. When you add the fact that she is committed to being environmentally friendly you get one solid green wedding blog.

Photo of the Week goes to Chris Austin Photography

While stumbling around the internet I came across Chris Austin Photography and was very impressed with what I saw. There were quit a few photos I loved, but I really loved the perspective in this engagement shot (It doesn’t hurt that the couple is absolutely beautiful). The colors are stunning and it’s not your average engagement shot. I love it!

The rest of the shots from this session were equally amazing but I had to pick just one. The shots of the bride in the green dress are at the top of my list of favorites. This site is totally worth subscribing to.

Photo of the Week Goes to Hazelnut Photography

Jordana Hazel is a wonderfully talented wedding photographer from the L.A. area. She has an obvious passion for photography and that shows in all of her images.

I fell in love with this photo the first time I saw it. I am a sucker for all things vintage. I love the old planes and the vintage suit case she is sitting on. She has more photos in this series, and they are all awesome.

Dave and Charlotte’s Wedding Photography Wins Photo of the Week

Unbelievably stunning! That’s the only way to describe this photo. I spent more time than I care to admit looking at every image on Dave & Charlotte’s blog. I loved everyone of them. The hardest part was choosing just one for photo of the week.
