With a wedding date almost two years after the proposal, and the frequency that she blogs dedicated is an understatement. The best part is that The Relentless Bride is an actual bride. Although you can get some really fabulous advice from professionals the very best advice comes from actual brides actually planning a wedding.

Vintage Glam Weddings Wins Most Charming Wedding Blog Award

Vintage and Glam, two of my favorite words. I have an undying love for all things vintage especially when it’s the 40’s, 50’s and most of the 20’s. Vintage Glam Weddings does not disappoint. Not to mention all the fabulous pictures. My short attention span loves lots of eye candy.

I have fallen completly in love with the 1930’s bias but vintage gown they have on display as well as the 1940’s engagement photo shoot the profiled.

Photo of the Week Goes to Jarvie Digital Photography

The hardest part of my job is choosing just one photo. This time I really struggled choosing just one. I finally narrowed it down to 3 but in the end this one won out.

I love the whimsical feeling of the wooded area with a beautiful “secret garden” feeling gate. The look on her face is perfect and the glow on her dress just adds beautifully to the over all look of the photo.

Temple of the Groom Wins Best New Wedding Blog

I am so excited about this one. Temple of the Groom is fabulous blog by a groom. It is about time we have a groom that is not only interested in helping out in the wedding planning process, but is willing to write about it to. For that alone this guys deserves an award. I truly hope this inspires other grooms to do the same.

Alice Hu Photography Wins Photo of the Week

We all know what a hopeless romantic I am so the minute I saw this photo I didn’t need to look any further through their blog (although I did, the whole thing).

I am so in love with this dress. I am a sucker for all things vintage looking. The little touches like the knotted pearls, and the clip in her hair are perfect.

Alice Hu Photography is a husband wife team out of Orange County. They are newly weds themselves so they have a fresh eye for great wedding photography.

Oh and ladies they travel.

Prima Donna Bride is a wonderful wedding site out of South Africa. It is a great mix of real weddings, DIY projects and inspiration for all the little details in a wedding.

Best Honeymoon Blog Goes to the Globetrotting Bride

It has been a long time since I have given this award away. I just have a hard time finding great travel blogs out there. That is until I stumbled upon this one. The Globetrotting Bride, while not totally a honeymoon blog is definitely a awesome travel blog. I found it to be a great resource for planning a trip of any kind.

I loved her recent post about Dale Chihuly’s art in Sedona Arizona mostly because he is my favorite artist and from my home town.

She has great travel tips, and the low down on cities to visit. If you are planning a honeymoon or a trip of any kind this is a blog to follow.

Photo of the Week Goes to Next Exit Photography

I have to say Next Exit Photography is one of my absolute favorite photographers. They definitely make my top ten list, and if I was choosing a photographer from my wedding they would be one that I would seriously consider.

I could have chosen just about any of Cat and Adi’s photos for photo of the week but I had to go with just one. I chose this one because I think that it really shows off the clarity of their images. I really love the motion in this photo as well. You can subscribe to their blog here.

Our Green Wedding Blog Award goes to Eco Chic Weddings

As an homage to Earth Day we have to pay tribute to this great planet of ours by awarding a green wedding blog award. Who better to give it to than Eco Chic Weddings?

I am a firm believer that weddings can be both Eco friendly and budget friendly without compromising on style. Eco chic does a awesome job at showing how to have great style and still remain environmentally friendly.

With Emily’s background in fashion and a long list of top companies she has worked for you can bet you’ll get amazing style advice. When you add the fact that she is committed to being environmentally friendly you get one solid green wedding blog.

Photo of the Week goes to Chris Austin Photography

While stumbling around the internet I came across Chris Austin Photography and was very impressed with what I saw. There were quit a few photos I loved, but I really loved the perspective in this engagement shot (It doesn’t hurt that the couple is absolutely beautiful). The colors are stunning and it’s not your average engagement shot. I love it!

The rest of the shots from this session were equally amazing but I had to pick just one. The shots of the bride in the green dress are at the top of my list of favorites. This site is totally worth subscribing to.

Jordana Hazel is a wonderfully talented wedding photographer from the L.A. area. She has an obvious passion for photography and that shows in all of her images.

I fell in love with this photo the first time I saw it. I am a sucker for all things vintage. I love the old planes and the vintage suit case she is sitting on. She has more photos in this series, and they are all awesome.

Dave and Charlotte’s Wedding Photography Wins Photo of the Week

Unbelievably stunning! That’s the only way to describe this photo. I spent more time than I care to admit looking at every image on Dave & Charlotte’s blog. I loved everyone of them. The hardest part was choosing just one for photo of the week.

I don’t know if comprehensive is an adequate word to describe The Broke-Ass Bride. This site is filled with a step by step guide to planning a wedding on a budget. Dana gives brides an opportunity to watch along as she plans one of the biggest days of her life on a shoe string budget.

The broke-Ass bride talks about not only budget tips but everything from wedding dieting to last minute groomsmen cancellations. Dana is witty and charming, and to top it off she’s down to earth and real.

It’s been quit a while since I have seen a new wedding blog as great as this one. Our best new wedding blog award goes to Intimate Weddings. Intimate Weddings showcases and promotes the idea of having small, personal, intimate weddings.

With the economy the way it is this blog is extremely relevant. I think more and more weddings will turn towards intimate gathering with your closest family and friends.

Christina showcases real weddings and includes a budget breakdown, so helpful! She also gives ideas on intimate gathering places and planning ideas.

A + R Photography Wins Photo of the Week

Sorry for the delay in posting, we ran away for a weekend in Vegas, and it was fabulous.

Enough about me lets talk about A+R Photography. They are an amazing brother and sister fine art photography team.

Speaking of Vegas they just won an awesome award at the WPPI Convention held in Vegas a few weeks ago. They won in the 16×20 print competition, and although I think that photo is completely amazing I had to go with this one for photo of the week.

I love how romantic and dreamy this photo looks. I also love that it has a black and white quality to it without being black and white.

I love the colors and the lighting in this shot. The look on the brides face is priceless and the fact that she is not wearing a traditional style wedding gown is my favorite part of the shot.

Earth Friendly Weddings is the most charming blog I’ve seen in a while. With the title Earth Friendly Weddings I just had to give Jennifer our green wedding blog award.
